The CFS uses a genealogy database called The Next Generation (TNG) to record genealogies. It is an online application hosted by a small company called TNG LTD. Unlike traditional online family trees, the CFS organizes genealogies around documented ancestral lines so that multiple researchers can collaborate while preserving evidence, citations, and conflicting interpretations.
